Easy ABC Soup Brown Rice Vermicelli

Ingredients

Brown Rice Vermicelli

Chicken Thigh

Carrots

Yellow Onions

Corn

Potato

Tomato 

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Chicken stock

Coriander leaves


Method

1. Add chicken stock and all ingredient into a pot of boiling water.

2. Simmer at low heat for about 2 hours.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Soak the vermicelli in hot water till softened. Drain and set aside.

5. Add a portion of the vermicelli in the soup when it is done.

6. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and enjoy!
