Ingredients

Peacock Brand Brown Rice Vermicelli

Shredded Cabbage

Sliced Carrot

Sausage

Egg

Soy Sauce

White pepper 

Cayenne Pepper


Method

1. Stir-fry the sausage, carrots and cabbage

2. Add white pepper and cayenne pepper

3. Add in the noodles and toss 

4. Serve with an egg

5. Garnish with spring onion and drizzle soy sauce
