Minced Meat Garlic Chilli Oil Brown Rice Noodles

Ingredients

Brown Rice Noodles

Vegetable Oil 

Green Onion

Garlic

Chili Flakes

Dark Soy Sauce

Soy Sauce

Black Vinegar

Salt or Chicken Powder

Sugar

Minced Pork

Egg

 

 

Method

1. Soak the noodle in hot water till softened. Drain and set aside.

2. Add garlic, chili flakes, white parts of green onion, light & dark soy sauce, black vinegar over the noodles.

3. Stir-fry the minced meat with some chicken powder

4. Fry the egg

5. Heat oil in a saucepan until sizzling hot. Pour the hot oil over the chili flakes and garlic

6. Add the minced meat and sunny side up
