Ingredients

Golden Leaf Brand Brown Rice Noodle

Lean Pork

Fish Cakes

Prawns

Instant Curry Laska Paste

Boiled Egg

Coconut Cream

Minced Garlic

Minced Shallot


Method

1. Stir Fry the Lean Pork, Fishcakes and Prawns till cooked

2. Set the Protein aside and fry the Garlic and Shallot

3. Fry the Instant Curry Laksa Paste till fragrant

4. Add some Water to create a Sauce

5. Thicken with Coconut Cream

6. Add the Protein and Noodles and toss

7. Serve with Boiled Egg
