Thai Peanut Vermicelli

Ingredients

Brown Rice vermicelli noodles

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

1 tablespoon of sugar

Salt and pepper 

Minced meat

Carrot

Cabbage

Crushed Peanuts


Method

1. Soak the vermicelli in hot water till softened. Drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and 1/4 cup of water.

3. Heat some oil in a wok over medium-high heat. 

4. Stir-fry carrot, cabbage and minced meat. 

5. Add the vermicelli, pour the peanut sauce and stir-fry. 

6. Add some crushed peanuts.
